Member Dashboard

The Member Dashboard is the online platform through which you will manage your student group. Once you’ve logged into the Dashboard via the YUSU website, you’ll be able to view and manage your group’s finances; add events and products to the YUSU website; contact your members; and edit your group’s webpage. 


Your three signatories (Project Coordinator, Secretary, and Treasurer) will be provided access to the Dashboard automatically, so long as they have registered as members. If anyone else on your committee is a signatory (for example your Events Coordinator), you can indicate this during re-ratification to provide them with access. Non-signatories cannot be given full access to the Dashboard, as they would then be able to sign off on financial claims. However, we can provide limited access to the Dashboard for a specific committee member. For example, we could give your Events Officer access to submit event applications.
