This page outlines the mandatory training requirements as a ratified project, as well as some optional modules you may wish to complete. As per the Volunteering Project Minimum Standards, the mandatory training is essential for project signatories to complete, and optional for other committee members or project volunteers.

The finance processes that YUSU, and you as a ratified student group must follow, outlining how you can make payments, responsibilities and fundraising.

This training module will take you through what we mean by conflict, how YUSU can support you if conflicts arise, and what to do if the conflict escalates into misconduct.
Safeguarding training for Safeguarding of Children, Young People and Adults at Risk, compulsory for projects that volunteer within these areas

Responding to a disclosure: What to do and what not to do when responding to a disclosure, approach in an emergency situation
Important: At the end of the training, your completion is not automatically recorded, so you must complete the Google Form. The Google Form also gives you the opportunity to add any feedback or mention any points you require additional training in.
